RUN BY DAMIEN. DONE BY PEOPLE WHO CARE.
Every Power Wash KC job is run by owner Damien and a small, trained crew — which is exactly why our reviews keep using the same words: responsive, on time, detail-obsessed. You talk to the person doing the work, not a call center.
SHOW UP
Calls returned the same day, quotes in writing, and a crew that arrives when we said we would.
RIGHT METHOD
Soft wash where soft wash belongs, pressure where it belongs. The surface decides, not the schedule.
NO MESS LEFT
Plants protected, water managed, and the site left cleaner than we found it.
EVERY WORD IS THEIRS
Fifteen reviews from Olathe-area homeowners and business owners. Six are on the home page; here are the rest.
“Great service and great work. Damien was a breeze to work with. He came out the day before to ensure our venue had it's water turned on and confirmed his work for the following morning. Damien came in early and was finished 2 hours before our business opened. No mess left behind. Great job and would highly recommend.”

“Power Wash KC has done power washing and deck staining. He just finished power washing and staining of my front fence. Damien is easy to work with and goes the extra mile to get things done right. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of his work. I just signed him up to come back next week for another project. You won't be disappointed. 5 STARS”
